• Purchase is possible for only available items
• All of our product’s price are inclusive of VAT & TAX.
• Price of a product might vary in Little Explorer BD page online and website due to Periodic Promotional Offers or time being shipment.
• Altered purchase cannot be exchanged.
• All purchased through a discount promotion will not be exchanged.
• No claim will be entertained without a valid Cash Memo or Invoice slip.
• You may exchange your purchase by the same product or more.
• Repair/Replacement or exchanged will be at the direction of the company, which will be final.
• In the case of delivery of outside Dhaka there must pay the 50% Advance payment with delivery charge of the purchased product.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Discount Sales
Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. Also, during the campaign period no return or exchange is applicable for purchases already made.
Exchange
We know that sometimes customer buy something that does not work out the way you had desired, and for that reason we still keep open our best to make an exchange policy that is suit for you.
• Garments Item Exchange and Return Policy
No Exchange and Return Policy will be applicable for any Garments Item. Customer must check the product upon delivery.
For orders shipped within Bangladesh
If you are not fully satisfied with the products you bought, simply bring it back within 72 hours of the purchase date to our online warehouse with your receipt or invoice for online orders and we will gladly exchange the product. Please note that the value of the exchanged product should be of similar or higher value than the original product price. If exchanging for a higher value item, the purchase value difference must be paid. Please note that you must return with packaging on little explorer packaging POD or box.
You are requested to inform Customer Service for any exchange within 72 hours of receiving the product if you have to full payment or COD amount during delivery.
After receiving the product with full payment, you must deliver or return the goods or you will be able to return your items for exchange within 3 calendar days of receiving the product through courier service with your own delivery cost to our e-commerce warehouse at the following address:

The original invoice slip must be enclosed with all the returns. We will not be able to accept return product(s) without the original invoice slip. Please ensure that all original tags are attached with the product.
Items that you want to exchange, must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange.
For all the successful returns or we have physically received the product and find you would be able for exchange, we will reship the rightful product to you (based on availability).
Or if incase of product unavailability you would be able for refund with the amount paid for the product and VAT through credit after issue you a credit note for future purchases or return the payment.
Please note any shipping/delivery costs will not be credited and it takes 7-10 days for return payment.
For orders shipped outside of Bangladesh
At the moment, orders can only be exchanged if it is returned to any of our outlets in Bangladesh within 1 months of the purchase date. Exchanges must be physically hand carried back to Bangladesh either through a friend, family member, or during your next visit. Upon receiving the product, you will be able to exchange it for another product of similar or higher value.
Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.
RETURN POLICY
We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meets your expectations, desires and satisfaction but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not expected or suits you. In this case, we will rectify this such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase. If for any reason you want to cancel the order, we will assist you. You can cancel the order of your purchased product in the following ways.
• You can cancel the order before your purchased product is shipped or dispatch.
• Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):
• Products with major quality defects.
• Products damaged during delivery.
• Wrong product, size or color mismatch.
• Product lost in delivery time (In the case of Advance Payment).
In these circumstances, please check the product during delivery and if you find any mismatch, please contact with our Customer Service on delivery time and take further decision. We will get in touch to assist you in processing your return. In that case little explorer bd have fully right to take any judgmental decision.
Please be noted that, you must pay the delivery charge full payment to delivery man according to courier charge if the product has been decided to return or cancel during delivery. No partial delivery charge payment will be accepted. For damaged and defective products customer must provide photographic evidence in order to accelerate the resolution process.
Please be noted that, if the delivery of the product is completed, there will be no chance of canceling the order of the product.
